It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the IEEE 6th International Conference on Computing and Machine Intelligence (ICMI 2027), to be hosted in hybrid mode by Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, USA.
ICMI provides an international forum for researchers, academics, industry professionals, policymakers, and practitioners to present their latest research, exchange knowledge, and establish meaningful collaborations. The conference covers advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computing, soft computing, and related emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on innovative research and practical applications that address real-world challenges.
Since its inaugural edition in 2021, ICMI has grown into an established international conference series spanning Türkiye, the United States, and Saudi Arabia.
The first two editions were held in Istanbul, Türkiye, in 2021 and 2022. The conference subsequently expanded to the United States, with its third and fourth editions hosted by Central Michigan University in 2024 and 2025. In 2026, the fifth edition was hosted in hybrid mode by King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Central Michigan University. The successful organization of these five editions reflects the conference’s growing international reach and its continuing commitment to advancing research in computing and machine intelligence. Proceedings of the 2022, 2024, 2025, and 2026 editions are available through IEEE Xplore.
ICMI 2027 will continue this successful journey by offering a high-quality technical program comprising peer-reviewed research papers, keynote presentations, invited talks, and opportunities for interdisciplinary discussion. During the two-day conference, researchers and invited speakers will present recent developments, share practical experiences, and explore emerging directions in computing and machine intelligence.
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and will be evaluated on the basis of originality, technical quality, research depth, correctness, relevance, significance, and clarity of presentation. Papers accepted for inclusion in the technical program must be presented at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
On behalf of the organizing committee, I warmly invite researchers, professionals, students, and industry representatives from around the world to contribute to and participate in ICMI 2027. We look forward to welcoming you to Central Michigan University and to an engaging and intellectually rewarding conference.
